• No real currency is wagered, won, or lost
• Virtual chips have no real-world value
• Virtual chips cannot be redeemed for cash, prizes, or anything of monetary value

Any resemblance to real gambling mechanics is purely for entertainment and simulation purposes.

3. Virtual Chips & In-Game Currency

3.1 Virtual Chips

• Virtual chips are provided for gameplay only
• They have no cash value
• They are non-transferable
• They cannot be sold, exchanged, or redeemed

3.2 Chip Balances

We reserve the right to:

• Adjust chip balances in cases of error, abuse, or technical issues
• Reset or modify virtual currency during maintenance, updates, or rule changes

4. Accounts

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activity occurring under your account

4.2 Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms
• Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities
• Engage in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior

Account termination may result in the loss of virtual chips, XP, and progression.

5. Fair Play & Game Integrity

House21 is committed to fair and enjoyable gameplay.

• All games use server-side logic
• Random outcomes are generated fairly
• Manipulation, automation, bots, or reverse-engineering is prohibited

Attempting to gain an unfair advantage may result in account suspension or termination.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• Use hate speech, obscene language, or offensive content
• Impersonate others
• Disrupt gameplay or services
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or overload the system

We reserve the right to moderate chats, remove content, and take enforcement action as needed.

7. Progression, XP, and Rewards

• XP, levels, streaks, daily bonuses, and rewards are virtual features
• They are provided at our discretion
• We may adjust progression systems at any time for balance or fairness
• No progression or reward is guaranteed

All progression resets, tuning, or updates are final.

8. Availability & Service Changes

House21 is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will always be available
• Gameplay will be uninterrupted
• Features will remain unchanged

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to:

• Game design
• Visuals
• Text
• Logos
• Code
• Audio

is owned by House21 or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of House21 is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Responsible Gaming

If you feel that gameplay is negatively affecting your well-being:
